       Whole Track the Trees Standing on the South side of beaver dam
       Run Runing thence South Ten Degrees East One hundred and
       thirty Perches then South forty Degrees West Sixty two Perches
       then South fifty four Degrees East One hundred and Sixty Nine
       perches North twenty Degrees East twenty Perches North thirty
       ^Degrees West thirty^ Two perches North Sixty Degrees East Sixty perches North forty six six Perches North Sixty degrees East Eighteen Perches North ten degrees East one hundred & fifty Perches North four^ty^ degrees west thirty perches west eighteen^ perches and from thence to the Begining tree Containing and
       laid out for Two hundred Acres of Land called Gaithers Chance
       which said parcell or tract of Land be the same more or less I do
       freely and Voluntarily give Grant and Confirm by these Psents
       as af.d together with all and Singular the Trees Woods underwoods
       now Growing Standing or being upon the premisses and also all
       and Singular Profits Commodities Ways Easement Passages
       Priviledges and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
       wise Appertaining together with all the Estate Right Title &
       Interest therto belonging or in any wise Appertaining to have &
       To hold the said Track and parcel of Land as afore ^Exprest^ to him the said
       Edward Gaither Son Benjamin In Witness whereof I have hereunto
       set my hand and Seal this thirteen day of May in the Year of
       our Lord 1747                           Henry Gaither   seal

       In Presence of Us            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed
       Will.m Woodward           was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       Peter Walsh                     On the 13.th Day of May 1747
