284) All the Estate Right Title and Interest thereunto belonging or in any ways Appertaining to have and to hold the said Tract and parcel of Parcel of Land as aforeexprest to him the said Henry Gaither In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this thirteen Day of May In the Year of our Lord 1747 Edward Gaither Signed Sealed and Delivered On the ^Back of the^ Aforegoing Deed In Presence of us Will.m Woodward was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Peter Walsh On the 13.th Day of May 1747 Edward Gaither (son of Benjamin) Personally appeared and Acknowledged the within Deed according to Law before me W.m Rogers 4 sides Recorded May 13.th 1747 Ex.d To all Christian People to whom these presents shall Come I Henry Gaither of the County of Prince Georges in the Province of Maryland Planter send Greeting Know Ye that I the said Henry Gaither as well for and in Consideration of the Natural Affection and Brotherly Love which I have and bear unto my well beloved Brother Edw.d Gaither of the said County and Province Planter as also for diverse Other good Causes and weighty Considerations me at this Present especially moving have given Granted and Confirmed and by these Presents do freely and Absolutely Give grant and Confirm unto my said Brother Edward Gaither son of Benjamin to say a Certain parcel of Land lying and being in the County and Province af.d Begining at the Two Bounded Oaks being the Begining of the whole (Track) |
