Ex.d      To all Christian People to whom these presents shall come
       I Edward Gaither of the County of Prince Georges County ^in the^ Province
       of Maryland Planter send Greeting Know ye that I
       the said Edward Gaither son of Benjamin as well for and in
       Consideration of the Natural Affection and Brotherly ^Love^ which
       I have and bear unto my well beloved Brother Henry Gaither of the
       said County and Province Planter as also for diverse Other good
       Causes and Weighty Considerations me at this Present especially
       moving have given Granted and Confirmed and by these pres.ts
       Do freely ^and^ Absolutely give Grant and Confirm unto my said
       Brother Henry Gaither to say a Certain Parcel of Land laying
       and being in the County and Province af.d in the forke of Hastings
       and Snowden's Rivers to begin at the Begining trees of the whole
       Track and Runing thence North Sixteen Degrees East One hundred
       and Two Perches then West Sixteen Pches then North twenty one
       Degrees West fifty Six Pches then North Sixty Six Degrees West
       thirty two Perches then North twenty Degrees West thirty Six Pches
       then North East Eighty Perches then North Eighty Degrees East
       Seventy four perches then South thirty three Degrees East Seventy
       two Perches then North twenty Seven Degrees East twenty eight
       Perches then South fifty two Degrees East thirty two perches then South
       thirty Degrees east forty Six Perches then South forty Six Degrees
       West Two hundred forty Six perches and from thence to the Begining
       Trees Containing and laid out for Two hundred Acres of
       Land called Benjamins Lott which said parcel of Track of
       Land be the same more or less I do freely and Voluntarily give
       Grant and Confirm by these Presents as af.d together with all
       and Singular the Trees Woods underwoods now growing standing
       or being upon the Premisses and also all and Singular profits
       Commodities ways Easement pasages Priviledges & Appurts
       to the same belonging or in any wise Appertaining together w.th
