       Perfect Tenant of the immediate freehold and Inheritance of
       the said Messuages Lands and Premisses and shall and may
       stand & be Seised thereof untill a good and perfect Common Recovery
       with Double Voucher soever may be duly had Suffered and execut.d
       of the said Messuages Tenements Lands and Premisses according
       to the usual Course of Common Recovery's for the Assurance
       of Lands and Tenements in such Cases used and Accustomed
       And for that purpose it is Covenanted Concluded and agreed by
       and between all the said to these presents for themselves and their
       and every of their Heirs by these presents in manner following
       that is ^to^ say that the said John Purnel shall and will before
       the end of April Term next Coming Permit and Suffer the s.d
       Samuel Wise at his own proper Cost and Charges to sue forth
       and Prosecute against him the said John Purnel one Writ of
       Entry Sur Disseisin en le Post Returnable before his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court at Annapolis thereby Demanding
       against the said John Purnel the said Messuages Tenem.ts
       Lands Hereditaments and Premisses herein before mentioned
       by such Name and Names Number of Acres Quantities
       Qualities Terms and Descriptions in the said Writ to be Contained
       and in such manner and form as by Council Learned in the
       Laws shall be Advised unto and upon ^which^ said Writ of Entry ^so^ to be
       Prosecuted and sued forth the said John Purnel shall appear
       Gratis and Vouch to Warranty the said John Cornwell Joseph
       Brittingham and William Franklin which said John
       Cornwell Joseph Brittingham and William Franklin
       shall either in person or by Attorney Lawfully Authorized
       appear and enter into Warranty and after their Entry into
       Warranty shall Vouch to Warranty the Common Vouchee
       who shall likewise appear and imparle and afterwards make
       Default and Depart in Contempt of the Court so that Judgm.t
       may be thereupon had and given for the said Samuel Wise
       to Recover the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditam.ts
       and premisses against the said John Purnel and for the said
       John Purnel to Recover in Value against the said John Cornwell
       Joseph Brittingham and William Franklin and for the
