       By North Course will Strike the af.d first bounded Tree
       from the Branch with all Tenements and Hereditaments herein
       after named and for ^the^ Selling and Assuring of the same to and for
       the Uses Intents and Purposes hereinafter Limitted expressed &
       Declared and in Consideration of five Shillings Sterling to him in
       hand paid by the said Rebecca Howard the Receipt whereof is
       Acknowledged and for diverse Other good Causes and Considerations
       him the said Thomas in this behalf moving Hath Granted Bargained
       and Sold Released and Confirmed and by these presents
       doth Grant Bargain and Sell Release and Confirm unto the
       said Rebecca Howard in her Actual Possession now being all
       that af.d Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Prince Georges Co.ty
       af.d and all Tenements and Hereditaments thereunto belonging
       and the Reversions and Remainders Rents and Services thereof
       or Incident thereto To have and to hold the said Lands Hereditam.ts
       and Premisses af.d and every part and parcell thereof with the
       Appurtenances unto the said Rebecca and her Heirs forever to the
       Intent and Purpose only that the said Rebecca shall and may
       become perfect Tenant of the freehold of the said Land and Premisses
       and shall and may stand and be Seised thereof untill a
       Good and Perfect Common Recovery with Double Vouchers over
       may be duly had Suffered and Executed of the said Land and
       Premisses according to the usual Course of Common Recovery
       for the Assurance of Lands and Tenements in such Causes
       Used and Accustomed and thereupon it is Covenanted Concluded
       and Agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents for
       themselves and their and every of their Heirs by these presents  
       in manner following that is to say that the said Rebecca shall &
       will before the end of this next Provincial Court to be held at
       Annapolis the second Tuesday of this Instant permit and
       Suffer the said Charles Craycraft to sue forth and Prosecute
       against her the said Rebecca One Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin
       En le Post Returnable before his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court at Annapolis thereby Demanding against the
       said Rebecca the said Land Hereditam.ts and Premisses herein
