       Of Five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the said James
       Mudd the Receipt ^whereof^ is hereby Acknowledged and for diverse Other good
       Causes and Considerations him the said Thomas Boarman Mudd in
       this behalf moving Hath Granted Bargained and Sold Released and
       Confirmed and by these presents Doth Grant Bargain and Sell release
       and Confirm unto the said James Mudd in his Actual Possession now
       being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale ^to him^ thereof made and to his Heirs
       and Assigns all that Tract of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents and Services thereof or Incident thereto To have & to
       hold the said Land Premisses and Appurtenances af.d and every
       Part and parcel thereof unto the said James Mudd and his Heirs
       forever to the Intent and Purpose only that the said James Mudd
       shall and may become Perfect Tenant of the freehold of the said Land
       Premisses and Appurtenances and shall and may stand & be seised thereof
       Untill a good and perfect ^Common^ Recovery with Double Voucher over may be
       duly had Suffered and Executed of the said Lands Premisses and Appurts
       according to the Usual Course of Common Recovery's for the Assurance
       of Lands and Tenements in such Cases used and Accustomed & thereupon
       It is Covenanted Concluded and Agreed by and between all the ^s.d^ parties to  
       these Presents for themselves and their and every of their Heirs by these
       Presents in manner following that is to say that the said James Mudd
       shall and will before the end of the next April Provincial Court now
       Coming Permit and Suffer the said Charles Cracraft to sue forth
       and Prosecute against him the said James Mudd one Writ of Entry
       Sur Disseisin Enle Post Returnable before his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court at Annapolis thereby Demanding against
       the said James Mudd the said Land Premisses and Appurtenances
       before mentioned by such Name & Names Number of Acres Quantities
       Qualities Terms and Descriptions in the said Writ to be
       Contained and in such Mannor and form as by Counsel Learned in
       the Law shall be Advised Unto and upon which said Writ of
       Entry so to be Prosecuted and sued forth the said James James
       Mudd shall appear in his proper person or by Attorney Lawfully
