       For the Same and Acquitances or other Discharges for the same
       for us and in our Name to make Seal and Deliver and to do all
       other Lawfull Acts and things whatsoever Concerning the
       Premisses as fully in every respect as we ourselves might or
       Could do if we were Personally Present and Attornies one or
       More under them for the Purpose af.d to make and all their Pleasure
       to Revoke Rattifying and allowing all and whatsoever
       our said Attornies shall in our Name Lawfully Do or Cause to be
       Done in and about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents In
       Witness whereof hereunto set our Hands and affixed our Seals
       This twenty third Day of February Seventeen Hundred and forty

       On the Back of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was wrote
       the following Assignment (Viz)

       Maryland fs Dorchester County Febry 23.d 1746
       Know all men by these presents that I John Kilbee of the Province
       and County af.d Merchant do Alein Assign and Set over to Francis
       Lee of said Province Merchant all my Right Title ^Property &^ Interest of
       and to my Moiety of an Insurance made in Company with the
       Said Francis Lee by Mess.rs John Philpot and Company of London
       Merchants on the Hull Rigging and Cargoe &c Of the Snow
       Flying Fish for the Sum of four hundred Pounds Sterling
       the said Vessel being Bound from the Island Barbadoes in
       the West Indies to Maryland ^and^ was taken in her Passage by a
       French Privateer one Roliere or Ruluee Master or Commander
       of said Privateer and George M.cClester being Master of
       said Snow Flying Fish and thereby Acknowledge that I
       have full Right and Power to make over the said Insurance
       to said Francis Lee and that it is for value Received of him &
       thereby Impower the said Francis Lee to Recover and receive
