          Branch of the said falls West by south three hundred and twenty
       perches North by West two hundred and fifty perches East by North
       Three hundred and twenty perches and thence with a Strait Line to the
       Begining containing five hundred acres more or less and called Carses
       Forrest with all Houses outhouses and appurtenances to the same
       belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have and to hold the said
       tract of Land called Carses forrest with its appurtenances unto the said
       Thomas Bladen his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said George
       Steuart doth hereby for himself his Ex.rs Administrators and Assigns
       Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Thomas
       Bladen Esquire his Heirs and Assigns that he the said George
       Steuart his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns the said
       Land and Premisses hereby Granted sold or mentioned to be Granted
       or Sold with Its appurtenances unto the said Thomas Bladen
       Esquire his Heirs and Assigns against him the said George Steuart
       or against all and every person or persons Claiming by from or under
       him shall and will warrant and forever Defend by these presents And
       lastly the said George Steuart doth hereby Covenant and agree that he
       the said George Steuart and his Heirs shall and will at any time
       hereafter make do Acknowledge suffer and Execute all and every
       Such further and other Act and Acts thing or things as by the said
       Thomas Bladen Esquire his Heirs or Assigns shall be ^reasonably^ devised
       advised or required In Witness whereof the parties to these psents
       have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day and year first
       above written
