Ex.d This Indenture made this eighth day of Decem
       Anno Domini Seventeen hundred forty and Six between Philip
       Hammond of Ann arundel County Merchant of the one part and
       Robert Tivis of the County af.d Planter of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Philip Hammond hath given and Granted and by these
       presents doth give and Grant unto the said Robert Tivis his
       Heirs and Assigns forever all that part or portion of Land being
       in Baltimore County Adjoining to a Tract of Land called Owen's
       out Land plans & Begining at the end of the North fifty Degrees
       East Line of the said Land fine Soil forrest and runing with the
       said Land North Seventeen Degrees East One hundred and Sixteen
       perches thence North Eleven Degrees West One hundred
       Twenty Six perches thence North Seven Degrees East Sixty
       Perches thence North Sixty Six Degrees East twenty two p.s
       thence South thirty six Degrees East One hundred and eighty
       Perches thence South twenty three degrees East One hundred &
       Thirty Perches thence South fifty degrees West One hundred eighty
       Six perches thence to the end of the aforementioned North fifty degrees
       East line Containing One hundred and fifty Acres of Land together
       with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging for and in Exchange of and for all the Lands Tenem.ts
