       and perfect Common Recovery of the said premisses with
       Single Voucher according to ^the^ form of Common Recoverys in such
       Case used in due form of Law was suffered and Executed
       Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the same
       Edward Brown and John Hamar party to these presents
       for themselves and each of them their and each of their heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns Do hereby Covenant
       Promise Grant and agree to and with each other their and
       each of their heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that
       the True Intent and Meaning of the same Recovery and of the
       Party's thereunto and these presents was and is And it is by
       these presents and the partys thereunto declared that the
       said Common Recovery and all Effects thereof shall be & enure
       and shall be Construed and taken to be and enure to the only
       proper use and behoof of the afores.d John Hamar party to
       these presents his Heirs & Assigns forever and to no other use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever any matter or thing in the said
       Common Recovery contained to the Contrary notwithstanding
       In Witness whereof the partys ^aforesaid^ to these presents have
       hereuto set their Hands and seals the Day and year first
       above Written

       in Psence of                                   Jn.o Hamar         seal
