       Sept.r 19.th 1746         Then John Emory and Matthew Read
       acknowledged the within Deed according to the form & Effect
       thereof and the Lands therein Mentioned to Thomas Hynson
       Wright his Heirs and Assigns to his & their own Proper Use
       and behooff forever         before me one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court               acknowledged before me

Ex.d      This Indenture made this Nineteenth
       day of September in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven
       Hundred and Forty Six & Between Edward Brown of Queen Anns
       County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one part
       John Hamar the youngest of the same County Planter of the
       other Part Whereas the same Edward Brown in this
       Present September Term held at the City of Annapolis the
       Second Tuesday of the same Month did Commence Prosecute
       & bring one Writ of Entry against the same John thereby
       Demanding all that parcell or Tract of Plantable Land
       called Chestnutt Neck lying heretofore in Talbot County
       but now in Queen Anns County aforesaid on the South Side
       of Chester River except so much thereof as by the last Will
       and Testament of John Hamar the father of the same John
       the youngest was Devised to Elizabeth Daughter of the same
       John the Father with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       unto which said Writ the same John the youngest did
       Appear and did Vouch to Warranty thereof William
       Horton who being present in Court in his proper person
       Warranted the Land and Tenements aforesaid with the
       the Appurtenances except as before excepted to the same John
       the youngest & afterwards made Default whereby a good
