       Degrees West to Treads Creek and butted & Bounded as by
       a Deed of Division of the same Tract made between the same
       Matthew and Nathaniel Read may appear Containing by
       Estimation two hundred and Twenty five acres more or
       less with the Appurtenances unto which same Writ the
       same Thomas Hynson Wright on the same Second Tuesday
       in September did appear and thereupon did Vouch the said
       Matthew Read to warrant the premisses so Demanded who
       forthwith Appeared & entered into the Warranty of the Premisses
       ^and further vouched to warranty of the premisses^ the Common Vouchee who forthwith Appeared & entered into the
       Warranty of the same and afterwards made Default whereupon
       a Common Recovery of the Premisses with the Appurtenances  
       was had and prosecuted as by the Records thereof in the
       said Provincial Court now remaining more fully in Manifest
       appears Now this Indenture Witnesseth that it is Covenanted
       Granted and agreed by and between the Parties to these presents the
       said John Emory & Mathew Read for themselves their Heirs Exors and
       Administrators do hereby Covenant Grant and agree to and with
       the sa^i^d Tho.s Hynson Wright his Heirs and Assigns forever And do
       also Signifie and Declare that the True Intent and Meaning
       of the same John & Mathew now is and at the time of suffering the
       Recovery afs.d was and was Declared to be that after the said
       Recovery had and perfected, the same Recovery & the Execution
       thereof should be and enure & the recoveror thereof his Heirs &
       Assigns shall from thence forth stand and be seised of and in
       the recovered premisses with the Appurtenances to the only
       Proper use and behooffe of the same Thomas Hynson Wright
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said John Emory and
       Matthew Read for themselves and their Heirs Jointly and
       Severally do hereby remise release and for ever quit Claim unto
       the said Thomas Hynson Wright (in his peaceable and quiet
       seizen thereof now being) and to his Heirs and Assigns forever
       all the Estate right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of them the same John Emory & Matthew Read of in or to the
       Recovered Premisses with the appurtenances To have and
       to hold the same Recovered premisses with the appurtenances
       to him the said Thomas Hynson Wright his Heirs and
       Assigns to his and their own proper use & Behoof for ever
       In Witness whereof the partys to these presents have
