       Use & behoof and the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs the af.d
       Lott of Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said Tho.s
       Harrison his Heirs & Assigns for Ever against all & every other
       Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming by from or Under him the
       said Charles Carroll or his Heirs or by their Means or procurem.t
       shall & will Warrant and forever Defend by these presents In Witness
       whereof the said Charles Carroll hath hereunto set his
       Hand & seal the Day & Date above Writen
