       his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said Robert Gordon for himself  
       his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs Doth Covenant promise Bargain and Agree
       the said Lott of Land & Premisses and every Part thereof against him
       And his Heirs & against all and every other Persons or Persons whatsoever
       claiming or to Claim by from or under him the said Robert Gordon
       by from or under his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns forever to the said
       Thomas Harrison his Heirs and Assigns for ever shall & will Warrant
       & forever Defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said
       Robert Gordon to these presents hath set his Hand & Seal the Day
       above Written
       Sign'd Sealed and                                          Robert Gordon   seal
       Delivered
       In presence of
       W.m Rogers
       Tho.s Williamson
                      On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endors'd &
                   Memorandum that on the Twenty Second Day of April
       One Thousand Seven Hundred & Fourty six Came the within
       named Robert Gordon before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices for the Province of Maryland and Acknowledged the w.thin
       Lott of Land and Premisses to ^be^ the right title & Estate of the w.thin
       named Thomas Harrison his Heirs & Assigns forever According to
       the true intent and meaning of the within writen Deed and the
       Act of Assembly in such Cases made & Provided

                                              April the 24.th 1746

       Then Received An Alienation for the within Lott for the Use
       of the Lord Baltimore by order of Benjamin Tasker Esq.r
