       Lordships Justices of Annarundel and Acknowledged the within
       Deed according to the Directions of an Act of Assembly in that Case
       made & Provided

Ex.d         This Indenture made this Twenty second
       Day of April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven
       Hundred & forty Six Between Robert Gordon of the]
       City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Merch.t
       of the One part and Thomas Harrison of Baltimore County
\      in the said Province Merchant of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Robert Gordon for and in Consideration
       of the sum of thirty five Pounds Curr.t money of
       Maryland to him Paid by the said Thomas Harrison the receipt
       whereof the said Robert Gordon Hath Granted Bargained Sold &
       alien'd & Confirmed and by these presents Doth Grant Bargain
       Sell aliene & Confirm unto the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs
       & Assigns for ever all that Lott of Land lying in Baltimore
       Town in Baltimore County aforesaid N.r fifty five
       Begining at a Stake number Fifty five and runing thence
       South seventeen Perches & three Quarters of a Perch ^thence^ South seventy five
       Degrees East Seven Perches & three Quarters of a perch, thence North
       Nineteen Perches & three quarters of a Perch, thence to the Begining
       Stake, Containing by Estimation One Hundred & forty square
       Perches & three Quarters of a Square Perch more or less; And also
       all the estate right title Interest claim and Demand Whatsoever
       of him the said Robert Gordon of in and to the Premisses and
       every Part thereof; To Have and to hold all and singular y.e
       said Premisses above mentioned & every Part & Parcel thereof
       with the Appurtenances thereof unto the said Thomas Harrison
