199) Sam Seal Hyde On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Sealed and Delivered (being first Duly Stampt) in presence of Philip Allingham W Mauduit Sam Farrant On the 21.st Day of July in the year 1746 came W.m Mauduit one of the Witnesses to the within release & Deed of bargain & sale before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices & made oath on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he saw the within named Sam.l Hyde sign & Seal and his Act & Deed Deliver the within Instrument of writing to & for the several uses and purposes therein ment.d & that the other Witnesses subscribed their several names in his presence as such before me Rob.t Gordon Memorandum that on the 22.d day of July 1746 appeared before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.l Court the Honourable Benj.a Tasker Esq.r who by Virtue of a Power of Attorney acknowledged the within Deed according to the act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided recorded July 23.d 1746 Jn.o Brice 41 Ex.d To his Excellency Tho.s Bladen Esq.r Benj.a Tasker Edmund Jenings & Daniel Dulany Esq.rs These are to impower you or any or either of you for me & in my name to acknowledge unto the R.t Honble Charles Lord Baltimore of the Kingdom of Ireland (one) |
