       then & in such Case he the said Charles Lord Baltimore
       his Executors or administrators shall & will save harmless &
       keep Indemnified the said Samuel Hyde his Executors & Admors
       from time to time & at all times hereafter of & from all Costs
       Damages & Expences that he or they may bear sustain or be
       put unto by reason of the same And also that in Case he
       the said Charles Lord Baltimore shall collect & receive
       out of the Lands & premisses hereby released & assigned more
       that will pay & satisfy the said sum of six thousand Eight
       hundred & ninty three pounds thirteen shillings that then
       he the said Charles Lord Baltimore shall & will pay all
       such overplus money as shall remain after satisfaction
       thereof or resign such part of the premisses as is & are
       by these presents released & assigned as shall at that
       time uncollected or indisposed of to such person or persons
       & for such intents & purposes as the said Samuel Hyde his
       Executors or administrators shall request desire or
       appoint In Witness whereof the said partes to these
       presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands
       & Seals the day & year first above written
