       Effects unto the said Charles Lord Baltimore his Exors
       Admors or assigns as soon after the said Samuel Hyde
       shall have received the same as he conveniently can
       Provided always nevertheless that in Case any of the Bill
       or Bill shall be so lent by any of the said Person or Persons
       for the purposes af.d shall be drawn & made payable in such
       manner that the said Samuel Hyde may be obliged to
       endorse the same in order for the more effectually Negotiating
       Such Bill or Bills & empowering the said Charles Lord
       Baltimore to receive the same then he the said Charles
       Lord Baltimore his Executors administrators shall &
       will well & sufficiently save harmless & Indemnified
       the said Sam.l Hyde his Executors and administrators
       of from and against all ^Costs^ Damages & Expences that he or
       they may bear sustain or be put unto by reason of such
       Indorsment ^or Indorsments^ And the said Samuel Hyde for himself
       his heirs Executors & Administrators doth covenant promise
       and agree to & with the said Charles Lord Baltimore
       his Executors Administrators & assigns that he the said
       Samuel Hyde shall & will at all time & times hereafter
       when he shall be thereunto reasonably requested by the
       said Charles Lord Baltimore assist & help the said
       Charles Lord Baltimore with such account or accounts
       Book or Books Evidence or Evidences Proof or Proofs either
       written or Viva Voce in order to ascertain or establish
       any and every of the said Debt or Debts sum or sums of
       money in Case any Disputes or Differences Shall happen
       in the ascertaining the same as he the said Samuel Hyde
       Shall have in his power or be enabled to do without
       going or traveling above five miles from the place of his
       abode & for the Consideration af.d the said Charles
       Lord Baltimore for himself his heirs Executors & Admors
       doth hereby remise release & for ever quit Claim unto the
       said Sam.l Hyde his heirs Exors & Admors the said sum
       of six thousand Eight hundred ninty three pounds
       thirteen shillings & all & every action & actions suit &
