       or otherwise to discontinue release & Discharge as he the
       said Charles Lord Baltimore shall think necessary or be
       advised to do & one or more substitute or substitutes under
       him the said Charles Lord Baltimore to constitute &
       appoint and at his pleasure to revocke & Discharge the
       said Sam.l Hyde by these presents giving to the said
       Charles Lord Baltimore sufficient power & authority
       touching & concerning all & singular the premisses
       and ratifying & confirming all and every acts matter &
       things that the said Charles Lord Baltimore shall
       lawfully do or cause to be done Relative thereto as fully &
       Effectually to all intents & purposes whatsoever as the said Sam.l
       Hyde might or could Do if he personally did the same And the
       said Samuel Hyde for himself & his heirs Exors & Admors Doth
       covenant promise and agree to & with the said Charles Lord
       Baltimore his Executors admors & assigns that he the said Sam.l
       Hyde hath not at anytime heretofore made done committed or
       wittingly or willingly suffered or Executed or cause or procured
       to be made done committed or wittingly or willingly suffered
       ^or Executed^ any act matter or thing whatsoever to release or Discharge the
       Said Debt or Debts or any part thereof or whereby the same may
       be any ways effected or Incumbered Except any such
       Judgments Executions attachments & other process as af.d and
       that he the said Samuel Hyde shall not hereafter Voluntarily
       receive release or Discharge any of the said Debt or Debts or
       any part thereof without the consent of the said Charles Lord
       Baltimore in writing for that purpose first had & obtained
       but in Case any Bill or Bills or other Effects shall be hereafter
       remitted or sent over to the said Samuel Hyde by or from the
       said several persons named in the said schedule or any or
       either of them towards & in Discharging their said Debts or
       any part thereof that then he the said Samuel Hyde
       Shall & will Deliver over such Bill or Bills or other
