       and assigns All and every the Debt & Debts sum & sums
       Due owing & belonging unto the said Samuel Hyde by & from
       the several persons in the schedule or Inventory hereunder
       written mentioned together with the respective securities
       that the said Samuel Hyde or any one in Trust for him
       now hath or may hereafter have in his or their custody
       or power relating to the same or any part or parcell
       thereof And all the Estate right title & Interest Benefit
       profit Claim & Demand whatsoever of him the said Samuel
       Hyde of in & to the same every or any part or parcell thereof
       To have & to hold the said Debt & Debts sum
       and sums of money & the securities relating to the same
       to the said Charles Lord Baltimore his Executors admors
       and assigns To the only use & behoof of the said Charles
       Lord Baltimore his Executors admors & assigns for ever & that
       in as large ample & beneficial manner to all intents &
       purposes whatsoever as he the said Samuel Hyde might
       or could have hold or enjoyed the same if these presents
       had been made or Executed And for that purpose the
       said Samuel Hyde Hath nominated constitute and appointed
       and in his place and stead put & by these presents Doth
       Nominate Constitute and appoint and in his place & stead
       put the said Charles Lord Baltimore his true & lawfull
       Attorney irrevocable in the name of him the said Sam.l Hyde
       but to and for the use benefit & advantage of him the said
       Charles Lord Baltimore to ask Demand sue for require
       recover & receive of and from the said person or persons
       mentioned in the said Schedule or Inventory hereunder
       written as all such sum & sums of money as are against
       their respective names set Down & mentioned in his own
       name to give receipts or other sufficient requittence or
       Discharges for the same & also and also in the name of the
       Said Sam.l Hyde but to & for the use of the said Charles
       Lord Baltimore to commence action or actions suit or suits
       for the obtention or recovery of the same and the s.d
       action or actions suit or suits to prosecute with Effect
