       done committed occasioned wittingly & willingly suffered by
       the said Samuel Hyde or John Hyde Deceased or either of them
       or by any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim  
       from by or under or in Trust for them or either of them or from
       by or under their or either of their act means assent consent
       Default or procurement Except Leases made to
       Tenants and any Judgments Executions attachments &
       other Judicial Process which may be had of or concerning the
       premisses without the consent or knowledge of the said
       Samuel Hyde & Suit Rents other things wherewith Lands
       & Tenements in Maryland af.d are usually chargeable And
       the said Samuel Hyde for himself his heirs Executors and
       administrators doth covenant promise and agree to &
       with the said Charles Lord Baltimore his heirs & assigns
       that he the said Sam.l Hyde and his heirs & all and every
       other person or persons whatsoever having or lawfully
       Claiming or which shall or may have or lawfully Claim
       any Estate right title Trust or Interest of into or out of the
       said Plantations Lands Buildings and premisses with
       the appurtenances herein before released & Conveyed
       or intended to be or any of them or any part thereof by from
       or under him the said Samuel Hyde or by from or under the
       Said John Hyde Deced other than such persons as do or shall
       claim under the said Leases Judgments Executions attachments
       & other process and Quit rents & things hereinbefore Excepted
       Shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon
       every reasonable request & at the proper Costs & Charges of the
       said Charles Lord Baltimore his heirs & assigns make do
       acknowledge Levy suffer & Execute or cause or procure to be
       made done acknowledged Levied Suffered & Executed all
       and every further & other lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts
       Deeds and things Conveyances & assurances in the Law
       whatsoever for the further better more perfect & absolute
       conveying and assuring the said Plantations Lands &
       premisses hereby released and Conveyed or intended to be
       with their appurtenances unto the said Charles Lord
       Baltimore his ^Heirs &^ assigns according to the true intent &
       meaning hereof to the same by fine Feofment
