       parcell thereof unto the said Sam.l Hyde his heirs & assigns to
       the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Samuel Hyde his
       heirs and assigns for ever as fully & Effectually to all intents & purposes
       as the said John Hyde party hereto and Herbert Hyde or either of
       them might or could have held or enjoyed the same if these presents
       had not been made and Executed and this Indenture further
       Witnesseth that for the Consideration af.d the said John Hyde party
       hereto and Herburt Hyde Have and each of them hath bargained
       sold released and by these presents do and each of them doth bargain
       Sell and release to the said Sam.l Hyde his Heirs Exors Admrs
       and assigns all the part share right & Interest of them the said
       John Hyde party Hereto and Herburt Hyde of in and to all &
       every the materials Utensils and Horses Hogs or other Cattle
       and Stock of every Kind that now are the property of the said
       John Hyde party Hereto & Samuel Hyde and Hurbert Hyde and
       are to be in or on the said Plantations or Tracts of Land or
       any part thereof To have & to hold the same to the said Sam.l
       Hyde his Exors Admors and assigns to his & their own proper
       use & behoof as Effectually to all intents and purposes as
       the said John Hyde party Hereto & Herburt Hyde might or
       could have held or enjoyed the same as if these presents had
       not been made and the said John Hyde party hereto & Herburt
       Hyde each of them seperate and apart from the other of them
       and for himself & his own heirs Exors & Admors & Acts & Deeds
       Severally & respectively & not joyntly nor one of them for the
       other of them nor for the heirs Exors or Admors or Acts or Deeds
       of the other of them do hereby Covenant promise & agree to
       & with the said Sam.l Hyde his Heirs Exors Admors or Acts or Deeds
       assigns that they the said John Hyde party hereto & Herburt
       Hyde have not & neither of them respectively hath wittingly
       & willingly made done committed or Executed any Act matter
       or thing whatsoever whereby or by reason or means whereof
       the said premisses hereby releases or bargained or Sold or
       any part hereof is are or shall or may be impeched charged
       or Incumbred in Title Charge Estate or otherwise In
       Witness whereof the partys first above named have
