       to hold the said two several Tracts or parcells of
       Land and premisses with their & every of their appurtences
       unto the Said George Rock his heirs & assigns forever ^to the only proper Use and behoof of the said George Rock his heirs and Assigns for Ever^
       In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents
       have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands &
       seals the day & year first above written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst
       Viz.t Received the day & year first within mentioned
       of and from the within named George Rock the within
       Sum of Five hundred and Sixty Pounds Sterling
       ^being^ in full for the consideration money within mentioned to
       be paid to me

       June 24.th 1746   Then Came before me the subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the
       within named Barbara Bladen wife of the within named
       Tho.s Bladen Esq.r and being by me exam.d apart from &
       out of the hearing of her said husband did acknowledge
       the within writing to be her act and Deed for the uses
       within mentioned & that she Sealed & Delivered the same
       Voluntarily & freely of her own accord without any
       Compulsion threats or ill usage from her said husband
       or fear of his displeasure
