Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty fourth day of
       June in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty
       Six Between Thomas Bladen of the City of Annapolis
       in Annarundel County Esq.r and Barbara his Wife of
       the one part and George Rock of Cecil County Merchant
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Q
       Bladen and Barbara his Wife for and in consideration
       of the Sum of Five hundred and Sixty Pounds Sterling
       to them in hand paid by the Said George Rock at or before
       the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof they do and each of them doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and of every part thereof doth hereby release
       acquit and Discharge the said George Rock his heirs
       Executors administrators and assigns have & each of
       them hath granted bargained Sold aliened released
       enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents do and
       each of them doth grant bargain sell alien release
       enfeoff and confirm unto the said George Rock in his
       actual possession now being by Virtue of a bargain & sale
       to him thereof made by the Said Tho.s Bladen bearing Date
       the day next before the Day of the date of these presents &
       by force of the Statute for transferring uses into Possessions
       his heirs & assigns all those two several tracts or parcells of Land
       the one called Lynes Tents ^now Scituate lying & being in Baltimore County Containing One thousand Acres more or less the other Called Lynes^ addition scituate lying & being
       in Baltimore County af.d containing Six hundred Acres more
       or less and the reversion and reversions Remainder &
       remainders Rents Issues & Proffits of the said premisses with
       their and every of their appurtenances and all the Estate
       right title Dower Right & title of Dower Interest ^Use^ trust
       property Claim & Demand whatsoever of them the said Tho.s
       Bladen & Barbara his Wife their & each of their heirs
