       containing one thousand Acres more or less the other
       called Lynes addition scituate lying and being in
       Baltimore County af.d containing Six hundred acres
       more or less together with all rights Profits and Benefits
       to them or to either of them belonging or in anywise
       appurtaining To have & to hold the said two several
       tracts or parcells of land and premisses with the appurtces
       unto him the Said George Rock his Executors administors
       and assigns from the day next before the day of the date
       of these presents for and during and unto the full end &
       term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and
       fully to be compleat and ended to the intent and purpose
       that (by force and Virtue of these presents and of the
       Statute for transferring uses into possessions) the said
       George Rock may be in ^the^ actual possession of the premrs
       and thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and
       release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof
       to him and his heirs for ever In Witness whereof
       the said parties to these presents have hereunto
       Interchangeably set their hands & Seals the day &
       year first above written
       Sealed & Delivered                     Tho Bladen   Seal
       in the Presence of                        Geo Rock      Seal
       Eam J Ehring
       W.m Rogers

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
       Endorst Viz.t Received the Day and year first
       within written of and from the within named
       George Rock the within sum of five Shillings current
       money being in full for the consideration money within
       mentioned to be by him paid to me
