       Pleasant Green being Part of a Tract of Land Called Logdson's
       Addition lying in Baltimore County which Said part Called
       Pleasent Green begins at two bounded red Oaks in the
       West & by North line of the Said Logsdon's Addition & Fifty
       Perches distance from the Beginning of the Said Line
       & Runs South Sixty degrees five Minuets West two hundred
       Ninety Eight Perches to the end of the South South East Eighty
       Perch line of the Said Logsdon's Addition then North North
       West Eighty Perches then East North East Two hundred
       Perches Then East by South Ninety Perches then to the
       beginning Tree for Ninety seven & a half Acres more
       or less To Have & to hold the aforesaid two Parcells of
       Land of Two hundred Ninety Seven & a half Acres together
       with all the Estate Right Title & Intrest of him the said
       William his heirs & Assigns of in & two to the Said two
       hundred Ninety seven & a half Acres of Land unto ^him^ the Said
       Thomas Johnson his heirs & Assigns & to the onely use
       & behoof of him the Said Thomas his heirs & Assigns forever
       And the said William for himself & his heirs doth hereby
       Covenant to & with the Said Thomas his heirs & Assigns that
       he the Said Thomas shall & may have hold Possession &
       enjoy the s.d Two Parcells of Land & every Part thereof
       with all their Rights Priviledges & Appurtenances or
       Improvements free & Clear from the let suit trouble
       or Molestation of him the said William Mattingly or
       his heirs & that he hath in him Self good Right full
       Power & Authority to Sel Convey & Assure the Said two
       hundred ninety seven & half Acres of Land & Premisses in
       manner & form aforesaid unto him the Said Thomas his heirs
       & Assigns And the Said William for himself & his heirs doth
       hereby ^further^ Covenant & Agree to and with the Said Thomas his
       heirs & Assigns that he the said that he the Said William his heirs
       Executors or Admors the aforesaid two Parcells of Land
