       Memorandum
                                     That on this twenty first day of May
       ^Anno Dom^ 1746 Came the within named Westall Ridgely before me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court and did acknowledge the within Deed according to
       the true intent and meaning thereof and the right and
       property of the land and premisses therein granted bargained
       and sold to belong to W.m Reynolds within mentioned
          Recorded May 21.st 1746

Ex.d      This Indenture made the fourth day
       of June in the Year of Our Lord God one thousand seven hundred
       forty & Six Between William Mattingly of Baltimore County
       Planter of the one Part ^Thomas Johnson of the same County [illegible] of the other Part^ Witnesseth that the Said William
       Mattingly for & in Consideration of the full Sum of forty Pounds
       Sterling Money (to him in hand paid or Secured to be paid by him
       the said Thomas Johnson at or before the Ensealing & delivery of
       these Presents whereby & Wherewith he the s.d William doth
       Acknowledge himself to be ^by^ those Presents fully Content & thereof
       & every part thereof doth hereby Acquit exonerate & discharge
       the S.d Thomas Johnson his heirs & Assigns forever) Hath
       Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliend enfeoffed & Confirmed &
       by these Present doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien enfeoff
       & Confirmed & by doth give grant Bargain Sell alien enfeoff
       & Confirmed unto him the Said Thomas Johnson for his Heirs &
       Assigns all that Parcell of Land Called Turners Hall Lying
       in Baltimore County being Beginning at a Bound Red Oak
       & runing South by East Two hundred Perches to a Bound Red Oak
       Elm in a Branch then West by South one hundred & Sixty perches
       to a bound Black Oak on a Level then North West two hundred
       perches then to the first Tree Containing Two Hundred Acres
       of Land more or Less and allso all that Parcell of Land Called
       Pleasant Green being Part of a Tract of Land called
