15) them belonging or appertaining To have & to Hold to the said Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Surgeon & Daniel Dulany their Heirs and Assigns for Ever to their own proper Use & Behoof & the said John Digges for himself & his Heirs Doth Covenant & agree to and with the said Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Surgeon & Daniel Dulany their Heirs & Assigns that at the time of the Sealing & Delivery of these presents He is Seised in his Demesne as of Fee of & in the said Tracts & Parts of Tracts of Land herein before mention'd in an Indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple of & in all & singular the Premises & that the said John Digges & his Heirs will Warrant & defend all & Singular the Premisses with their & every of their appurtenances unto the said Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Surgeon & Daniel Dulany their Heirs & Assigns for ever from & against all incumbrances Whatsoever the Rents to grow Due to the Lord proprietor only Excepted Provided always & it is the true intent and meaning of these presents that in Case the said John Digges his Heirs Executors or administrators shall well & truly Pay unto the said Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Surgeon & Daniel Dulany their several & respective Executors Administrators or Assigns the several & respective sums of Money herein before mentioned Due to them severally & respectively with the lawful Intrest thereof on or before the first Day of November next Ensuing the Day whereof that then these presents & every Article & Clause therein Contained without be & remain |
