       mentioned or any part thereof by from or under him at the
       Request & Cost of the said John Walters his Heirs & Assigns
       make do & Execute or cause or procure to be made done &
       Executed all & every such further & other lawfull for the
       further Better & more perfect granting Conveying & Assuring
       of the said premisses hereby granted with the Appurtenances
       unto the said John Walters his Heirs & Assigns to the only proper
       use & Behoof of him the said John Walters his Heirs & Assigns
       for ever according to the true Intent & meaning of these presents
       as by the said John Walters his Heirs or Assigns or his or their
       Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or
       advised & required In Witness whereof he the said John
       Ross hath Hereunto set his Hands & Seal the Day & Year abovementioned
       Singned Seal'd & Deliver'd

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       20.th Jan.ry 1745  Received of M.r John Walters the sum of
       one hundred pounds being the Consideration Money within
       Mentioned

       W.m Rogers
      
       13.th Feb.ry 1745      Then came the within mentioned Jn.o Ross  
       before me the Subscriber one of his Lorships Justices of the
       Provincial Court & Acknowledged the within Deed & Land
       therein mentioned to be the Right of the within Named Jn.o
       Walters his Heirs & Assigns for ever According to the Directions
       of the Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided and  
       Alicia the wife of the said John Ross being Examined by me
       out of the hearing of her Husband declared she Consented of
       her own free Will to the making over of the within mentioned
       Land

       the Lord Baltimore Ele^ven^ Shillings & Eleven Pence Ster.l
