       On the fourth Day of December in the Year of our
       Lord Seventeen Hundred & Forty five Came Captain
       Christopher Grindal one of the Witnesses to the
       within deed of Bargain and Sale before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court and made Oath on the Holy
       Evangelists of Almighty God that he saw the within
       named Tho.s Harper Cecilia Harper Eleanor
       Horton and Sarah Caulton Sign Seal & as their
       & each of their Act and Acts deed & deeds deliver the
       Within Instrument of Writing to & for the
       Several uses & purposes therein mentioned
       & that Michael Macnemara Philip Smith &
       Tho.s Shewell the other Witneses Subscribed
       their Several Names thereto as such
                                              before Jn.o Brice

       On the fourth Day of December Anno Domini
       Seventeen hundred & forty five Came before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the
       within Named Tho.s Sprigg who by Virtue of the within
       power of Attorney Acknowledged the within deed of
       Bargain & Sale to be the Act & Acts deed & deeds
       of the within Named Tho.s Harper Cecilia Harper
       Eleanor Horton & Sarah Caulton & every of them and
       the Lands & Premes therein Mentioned to be right and
       Estate of the within Named Joseph Hill his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever according to the true intent & meaning
       of the same deed & the Act of Assembly in that Case made
       & provided
