       Warranty then is herein before mentioned and that the said
       Thomas Harper and Cecilia his Wife Eleanor Horton and
       Sarah Caulton or their or any of their heirs be not obliged
       And Lastly the said Thomas Harper and Cecilia his
       Wife Eleanor Horton & Sarah Caulton have Nominated
       Constituted and Appointed and by these presents Do Nominate
       Constitute and appoint the said John Hunter Thomas
       Sprigg and Daniel Richardson of Maryland aforesaid
       Gentleman and Each of them their Lawfull Attorney and
       Attorneys for them & Every of them and in their and every
       Names jointly or Severally to Acknowledge these presents
       to be the Act and Deed of them the said Thomas Harper and
       Cecilia his Wife Eleanor Horton and Sarah Caulton
       and every of them and the Lands and Premes herein before
       mentioned to be the Estate Right & title of the said Joseph Hill
       his Heirs and Assigns According to the Acts of Assembly     
       of that Province in that case made and provided hereby
       Ratifying and Confirming all & Whatsoever the said
       Attorneys ^or^ either of them shall do in or concerning the
       premes In Witness whereof the party above mentioned
       have hereunto Respectively set their hands & seals
       the Day & Year first above Written
       Thomas + Harper                     Cecilia + Harper
       Eleanor + Horton                      Sarah + Caulton
       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t

                   Sealed and Delivered (being first Duly
             Stampt) in the presence of us

                            Philip Smith
                            Tho.s Shewell Attorney
                            in Finch Lane Cornhill
