        for us other Use intent or Purpose whatsoever
        And the said Thomas Harper Cecilia his
        Wife Eleanor Horton and Sarah Caulton for
        themselves their and every of their Heirs Exors
        and Admors Do Covenant grant and agree
        To and with the said Joseph Hill that he the
        said Joseph Hill his Heirs & Assigns for
        Ever shall and may peaceably and quietly
        have hold and Enjoy the aforesaid Land and
        premes well and Sufficiently Warranted and
       defended against them the said Tho.s Harper
       & Cecilia his Wife Eleanor Horton and Sarah
       Caulton or any other by from or other them or either
       of them claiming ^as^ also against any other person
       or persons whatsoever And the said Tho.s
       Harper & Cecilia his Wife Eleanor Horton
       and Sarah Caulton Do further Covenant Grant
       and agree to and with the said Joseph Hill his
       heirs and Assigns That they the said Tho.s
       Harper & Cecilia his Wife Eleanor Horton and
       Sarah Caulton and every of them their & every
       of their Heirs shall & Will at any time with
       in the Space and Term of Seven Years from the
       Date hereof at the Cost and Charges of him the s.d Joseph
       Hill         his Heirs or Assigns Do Execute
       and Suffer to be done and Executed any other or further
       Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances
       in the Law for the more Sure and Effectual making
       over the said Lands and Premes herein before
       described That he the said Joseph Hill his
       Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned
       in the Law shall Advise Devise or Require
       provided the same Containing other or further
