       or appertaining and the said Deed duly Executed Acknowledged
       and Recorded in the Secretary's office of Maryland af.d
       Relation being thereunto had may more fully appear
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said
       Tho.s Harper Cecilia his Wife Eleanor Horton and Sarah
       Caulton as Well for & in Consideration of the sum of
       Two hundred & fifty pounds Sterl to the s.d John Hunter
       their Attorney in fact in Maryland already in hand paid
       by the said Joseph Hill and to them the said Tho.s Harper
       Eleanor Horton and Sarah Caulton by him the said
       John Hunter paid & Satisfied and there with are fully
       contented and Satisfied and thereof and from every part and
       parcell thereof Do fully acquit Release and Discharge
       the s.d Joseph Hill his Heirs Exors Admors and Assigns as
       also for the better and more Surely sure making and
       Conveying unto the said Joseph Hill his Heirs and
       Assigns All that the aforesaid Tract or parcell of
       Land called Tolleys Point containing one hundred and
       fifty nine Acres More or Less and also all that Tract or
       Parcell of Land aforesaid called Andrew's Rest containing
       Two hundred and Seventeen Acres of Land more or Less
       according to the Meets and bounds thereof as they are
       mentioned and Expressed in the Respective Tracts or
       Patents aforesaid together with all Buildings
       Improvements profits Advantages and Appurtenances
       to the same two Tracts of Land or either of them belonging
       or in any wise appertaining and also all Deeds
       Evidences and Writings touching and Concerning the
       Premisses or any part thereof To Have & to hold
       the same unto him the said Joseph Hill his Heirs &
       Assigns To the only proper Use & behoof of the said
       Joseph Hill his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and
