       hundred and fifty pounds Sterling to him in hand paid
       by the said Joseph Hill to and for the Use of the said
       Tho.s Harper Eleanor Horton and Sarah Caulton
       Bargain Sell make over Enfeoffe and Confirm unto
       the s.d Joseph Hill his heirs and Assigns All that
       Tract or Parcell of Land called Tolleys point lying and
       being in the County aforesaid nt eh South side of Severn
       River and at the Mouth thereof according to the
       Meets and bound thereof as they are mentioned and expressed
       in the Right honourable Charles Lord Baron
       of Baltimore ^his^ Patent of Confirmation unto Henry
       Hill late of Ann Arundel County aforesaid
       deceased on the tenth day of June Seventeen hundred
       and thirty four for the Quantity of one hundred
       and fifty nine Acres More or Less and Recorded in
       his said Lordships Land office in Maryland which
       said Tract of Land was afterwards by the s.d Henry Hill
       Sold & Conveyed unto the said John Andrews and also
       all that Tract or Parcell of Land Called Andrew's
       Rest Lying and being in Ann Arundel County and in a
       Neck called Hunger Neck between the Mouth of
       South River and Severn River and according
       to the Meets and Bounds thereof as they are Mentioned
       and Expressed in his said Lordships Grant
       thereof unto the said John Andrews dated the tenth
       day of October one thousand seven hundred and
       forty one for the Quantity of two hundred and Seventeen
       Acres More or Less and Recorded in his
       Lordships Land Office of Maryland together
       with all buildings Improvements Profits advantages
       and Appertinances thereunto belonging and
       all Deeds Evidences and Writings to the said
       Two Tracts of Land or either of them belonging
