113) any Person or Persons Whatsoever to and for the most and best prices and Advantages their said Attorney could get or procure for the same and to that end to make sign seal duly Execute and Deliver all such Acts Deed Writings Conveyances and Assurances in the Law as should be Requisite and Necessary for the More Effectual Assigning and Conveying the same and to appear at any Court or Courts in the Province of Maryland aforesaid and in the name of them the s.d Constituants (in the Quality af.d) any deed or Deeds so made signed sealed executed & Delivered as af.d to Acknowledge and to Receive & take the said Procuration or Letter of Attorney duly Executed Proved and Recorded in the Secretarys Office of Maryland Relation being thereunto had may more fully & at large appear And Whereas the said John Hunter by Virtue of the s.d procuration or Letter of Attorney Did (after proper Notice Given) expose to Sale to the Highest Bidder the Two Tracts of Land & Premisses herein after particularly Mentioned and Expressed Whereupon the same fell to the s.d Joseph Hill for the Sum of Two hundred & fifty Pounds Sterling being the highest price which was offered for the same Tracts of Land And Whereas the said John Hunter Also by Virtue of the said Procuration or Letter of Attorney aforesaid by Indenture bearing date the Twenty Sixth day of June Seventeen hundred and forty four made or mentioned to be made Between the said John Hunter as Attorney in fact for the said Thomas Harper & Cecilia his Wife Eleanor Horton & Sarah Caulton in their Quality afores.d of the one part and the said Joseph Hill of the other part Did for the Consideration of the Sum of Two (hundred) |
