Ex.d  On the fifth Day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand
       Seven hundred & thirty Eight before me William Judman Notary and
       Tabellion Publick Dwelling in London duly Admitted & Sworn &
       Witnesses Personally Appeared M.r Isaac Milner of London
       Merchant Who Declared to have made Ordained Constituted &
       Appointed & by these Presents Doth make Ordain Constitute &
       Appoint M.r Nicholas Maccubbin of Annapolis in Maryland Merchant
       his true & Lawfull Attorney for him the said Constituant in his Name
       & to his use to Ask Demand Levey Sue for and by all Lawfull Ways &
       Means Recover & Receive of & from all & Every or any Person or
       Persons of what Degree or Quality soever whom it shall or may
       Concern Inhabiting either in Maryland New Jersey or any other Place
       or Places in America All & every such Sum & Sums of Money Goods
       Wares Merchandizes Effects Estate & things Whatsoever as now are or shall
       or may hereafter be Due owing Payable belonging or in any wise
       Appertaining unto him the said Constituant whether by bond Note Bill
       Book debt Account Consignment Contract Agreement Decree Sentance
       Judgment Execution Extent or for by or upon any other Account way
       Reason or means soever nothing Excepted or Reserved And to that
       End with all & Every Person & Persons whatsoever whom it shall or
       May Concern to Account & to View Settle & Adjust all Accounts & the
       Ballance thereof to receive & upon recoveries & Receipts to give Acqu^i^ttances
       & Discharges in Due form of Law But in Case of Refusal or Delay by
       Any Person or Persons whatsoever whom it shall or may Concern
       to make & render Just & true Account Payment & Satisfaction in the
       Premisses him her or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull
       Ways & means Whatsoever Also to Appear before all Law Lords
       Judges & Justices in any Court or Courts there to Answer Defend and
       Reply in all Matters & Causes touching or concerning the Premisses
       to do Say Pursue Implead Seize Sequester Attach Arrest Imprison
       & to Condemn & out of Prison again to Deliver Also to Compound
       Conclude & Agree by Arbitration or Otherwise as his said Att.ry
       Shall think fit   And Generally to Do Perform & Execute
       all & whatsoever shall be requisite & Necessary in or about the
       Premisses as fully Amply & Effectually to all Intents & Purposes
