       or Demand of Him the said Hugh Conn his Heirs Executors his
       Adm.rs & all other Persons Whatsoever Claiming or to Claim any
       Right Title Interest duty Demand or Property (with from by or
       Under him or his heirs Executors Adm.rs of Assignes for ever) of in or
       to the af.d parcell of Land & Premisses unto him the said Tho.s Todd his
       Heirs & Assignes forever as af.d the Rents & Services that may hereafter
       Become due to the Lord Proprietary only Excepted & that he the said Hugh
       Conn his heirs Executors & Adm.rs Shall & will at any time hereafter Execute
       any further or Other Deed or deeds Conveyance or Conveyances that Shall
       that Shall be Reasonably advised Devised or required by the said Tho.s
       Todd his heirs or assignes for ever or his or their Councill Learned in the
       Law being at the Proper Costs & Charges of the said Tho.s Todd his heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns In Witness whereof I have hereunto
       ^put my hand^ and Seale the day & Year first above written
       Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of                           Hugh Conn

       October y.e 13.th 1737      Then Received of Tho.s Todd the sum of
       five Shillings Current Money the Purchase Money of the
       Within mentioned Land I Say received by me Hugh Conn
       Memorandum that on the 13.th Day of October one thousand Seven
       hundred & thirty Seven Came y.e within mentioned Hugh Conn
       before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court and
       Acknowledged the within Land & Premisses to be the Right Title and
       Estate of the within named Tho.s Todd his Heirs & Assignes forever
       according to the true Intent of the within written Deed and the
       Act of Assembly in Such Cases made and Provided before me
      
       Reced Oct.r 13.th 1737 of M.r Tho.s Todd the sum Robert Gordon
       of four Shillings and ten pence Sterling for his Lordships use
       Being the alienation Fine on the within mentioned One hundred & twenty Acres
       of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his Lordships Agent
       and Receiver Generall
