86 behoof of the said Mary Woodward Elizabeth & Elianor Woodward Children of the said Achsah Woodward to be Equally divided amongst them their Executors or Adm.rs Provided always & upon Condition that she the said Achsah shall & may satisfye & pay all just Debts dues and Demands from her due or owing out of the said Goods Chattles & other the Premisses and that the said Caleb Dorsey & the said Mary Elizabeth & Elianor Woodward and their severall & respective Heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assignes shall & do permit her the said Achsah to have hold use & Enjoy all & Singular the said Goods Chattles & all other the Premisses so long only as she the said Achsah shall Continue sole & unmarried & no longer & thereout to satisfye & discharge all & singular such Debt & Debts as she shall Contract & which shall become due from her for the Necessary Support of herself & her family And the said Achsah Woodward for herself her Heirs Exors & Adm.rs doth Covenant Grant & Agree to & with the said Caleb Dorsey his Exors & Adm.rs that he the said Caleb his Ex.rs & Adm.rs by & under the Conditions af.d & not otherwise & to the Uses & Purposes af.d & no other shall & may Peaceably & quietly have hold & Enjoy all & Singular the ^s.d^ Goods Chattles & all other the Premisses af.d in manner & form af.d without any Molestation hinderance or interruption of her the said Achsah Woodward or any other Person whatsoever Claiming from by or under her or by her means Procurement or Act In Witness whereof the said Achsah hath to these Presents set her hand and seal the Day & Year first above written Sealed & Delivered in the Achsah Woodward Seal Presence of Levin Gale On the back of the aforegoing Deed of Gift was thus Rich.d Dorsey Indorst Viz.t Elinor Butler Reced the within Sum of Five Shillings being the Consideration within mentioned £ 5 Test Levin Gale Achsah Woodward Rich.d Dorsey Feb 24.th 1738 Then was the within Deed Elinor Butler acknowledged before me by the within named Achsah Woodward according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in Such Cases Provided 6 Sides Levin Gale Recorded Feb.ry 27.th 1738 Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty Seventh Day of February in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and thirty Eight Between James Kingsberry of Calvert County Planter of the one Part and Daniel Dulany of Annapolis of the other Part Witnesseth that the said James Kingsberry for & in Consideration of Twenty Pounds Eight Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Daniel Dulany The receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & the said Daniel Dulany thereof & of Every Part and Parcell thereof doth Exonerate (&) |
