       And Two hundred & fifty & fifty Acres Part of Scotland as also any
       Survey or Surveys by him the said Mich.l made Between them ^or^ on his
       said Dwelling Plantation as also the said twelve hundred & Seventy
       Acres Part of Addition to Charly Forrest well & Sufficiently Warranted
       & Defended as well against them the said Mich.l Taylor & Margret
       his Wife or either of them their heirs or Either of their heirs as
       Against all manner of Persons Claiming under them the Rents here
       after becoming Due to the Lord Proprietary Onely Excepted
       In Witness Whereof & the foregoing Premisses the said Parties to

       & that Land & Premisses therein mentioned called by the name of
       Addition to Charly Forrest Containing twelve hundred & Seventy
       Acres to be the Right & Estate of Charles Carroll of the City of
       Annapolis Chyrurgeon his heirs & assigns for ever & the said
       Margrett being Privately Examined Apart from her Husband
