       And thirty Pounds Current money to me in hand paid or Secured to be paid at &
       before the Sealing & Delivery of these Presents by John Bullen of the City of
       Annapolis & County af.d Merchant & William Timbrill of New Town & Kent
       County & Province af.d Merchant the receipt whereof I Do hereby acknowledge
       & thereof & of every part thereof Do hereby Acquit Exonerate & Discharge the
       Said John Bullen & William Timbrill their & Either of their Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns
       have Bargained Sold Given Granted & Confirmed & by these Presents
       do Bargain Sell give grant & Confirm unto the said John Bullen & W.m Timbrill
       all that Brigantine or Vessell Called the S.t Andrew of the Burthen or Portage
       of forty five Tuns or thereabouts & now remaining & being in the Harbor at
       Annapolis af.d together w.th all & Singular the Masts Sails Sailyards Anchors
       Cables Ropes Cords Guns & other Instruments Artillary Boats Oars Ladders
       Stores & Provision Rigging Tackle Apparrel furniture & Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said Brigantine belonging or in any wise Appertaining
       To have & to hold all the said Brigantine or Vessell & all other
       the Premisses whatsoever hereby Bargained & Sold w.th the Appurtenances
       unto the said John Bullen & Will.m Timbrill & Either of them their Ex.rs
       Adm.rs & Assigns to their & Either of their use & uses Benefite & Behoof
       as their & Either of their own Proper Goods & Chattles for Ever And I the s.d
       Bredget Donal hereby for my self ^my^ Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant Promise Grant
       & a Gree to & with the said John Bullen & William Timbrill & Either of
       them their & Either of their Ex.rs & Adm.rs that the said Brigantine or Vessell
       & all other the Premisses hereby bargained & Sold with the Appurtenances
       now are & be & so shall at all times for Ever hereafter be remain & 
       Continue unto the said John Bullen & William Timbrill & Either of
       them their Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns free & Clear of & from all & all
       Manner of former & other gifts Grants Bargains Sales Assignments
       & Incumbrances whatsoever And that I the said Bridget my Ex.rs and  
       Adm.rs Shall & will Warrant & Defend the said Brigantine or Vessell &
       all & Singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances & Every Part
       thereof against all manner of Persons whatsoever to the said John Bullen
       & William Timbrill their & Either of their Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns for ever
