       Land together with all & Singular the Houses Buildings Pastures Orchards
       Woods & Underwoods with all other the Appurtenances to the same two
       severall tracts of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining To
       have & to hold the said two Tracts or Parcells of Land with their &
       Every of their Appurtenances to him the said William Worthington
       Jun.r his Heirs & Assignes for Ever to his & their own Proper use
       & behoofe & to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever And the
       said Baptist Barber & Cornelius Norton for themselves & every of
       them their & Every of their Heirs Executors & Admin.rs Covenant
       Promise Grant & agree to & with the said William Worthington
       Jun.r his Heirs & Assigns that they the said Baptist Barber & Cornelius
       Norton their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & Every of them the af.d two Severall
       Tracts or Parcells of Land with their & Every of their Appurtenances
       to him the said William Worthington Jun.r his Heirs & Assignes
       against them the said Baptist Barber & Cornelius Norton & Every of
       them & against all & Every Person or Persons Claiming by from or
       Under them or by from or under the said Cornelius White deced and
       against all & Every of them shall & will for Ever Warrant & defend
       by these Presents And lastly the said Baptist Barber & Cornelius
       Norton for themselves & their & Each of their Heirs Covenant Promise
       grant & agree to & with the said William Worthington Jun.r his
       Heirs & Assignes that they the said Baptist Barber & Cornelius Norton
       at the reasonable request of the said William Worthington his Heirs
       & Assignes & at his & their proper Costs & Charge will make do acknowledge
       suffer & Execute any other or further Conveyance or Assurance
       in the Law in Writing Such as the said William Worthington Jun.r
       his Heirs or Assignes or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall
       devise advise or require for the further & better assuring & Conveying
       the Severall Tracts or Parcells of Land with their & Every of their
       Appurtenances to him the said William Worthington Jun.r his
       Heirs & Assignes for ever Provided the Same does not Contain any
       other Warranty then is above mentioned In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto sett their hands & seals
