       out Execution on the said Judgment & to levy recover and receive the
       said Mony and Tobacco as fully as I the said Daniel Dulany or my said
       Constituant William Hurd Could do in mine or his name In Witness
       whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal this thirteenth Day of September

Ex.d  This Indenture made the Seventeenth Day of August Anno Domini
       Seventeen hundred & thirty Eight Between Baptist Barber Eldest Son &
       Heir of Luke Barber & Rebecca his Wife one of the Daughters & Coheiresses
       of Cornelius White late of Charles County deced & Cornelius Norton
       of Charles County Eldest Son & Heir of Andrew Norton & Elizabeth his
       Wife another of the Daughters & Coheiresses of the said Cornelius
       White of the one Part and William Worthington Jun.r of Ann.ll
       County Gent of the other Part Witnesseth that they the said Baptist
       Barber & Cornelius Norton for & in Consideration of the Sum of One
       hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to them in hand
       paid or Secured to be paid the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge
       & themselves therewith to be fully Content & thereof & of Every
       Part & Parcell thereof do acquit Exonerate & discharge him the said
       William Worthington Jun.r his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs have Given Granted
       bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these Presents they
       the said Baptist Barber & Cornelius Norton do give Grant bargain
       sell alien Enfeoffe & Confirm unto him the said William Worthington
       Jun.r All those two Tracts or Parcells of Land lying in Baltimore
       County the one Called the Plains Scituate lying & being on the North
       Side of Gunpowder Falls the other Called Welches Cradle Surveyed for
       Cornelius White the 13.th Day of July Anno Dom Seventeen hundred
       & Six on the North Side of Patapsco River at a Place Called Newfound
                                                                                                       (Land)
