       Signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of us
          Geo Dent            W.m M.cwilliams Tho.s Sanders
             On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Vizt)
       Maryland fs/   August the 8.th 1738   Then Came Anthony Simms
       party to the within Deed before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court & acknowledged the within instrument
       to be his Act & Deed & the land & Premisses therein mentioned to be the
       Right of the said George Forbes his Heirs & Assignes for Ever & at the
       Same time sarah Simms the Wife of the said Anthony being by
       me Privately Examined out of the Hearing of her said Husband
       declared that she did Freely acknowledge her Right of Dower to
       the said land unto him the said George & that she did the same
       willingly and freely without being induced thereto by fear or
       threats of or ill usage by her husband or fear of his Displeasure
             Taken and acknowledged before & Certifyed by
                                                                                     Geo Dent
       Reced the Sum of Sixteen Shillings Sterling for his Lordships use
       being the alienation fine for the Land within mentioned

Ex.d Maryland fs/   Know all Men by these Presents that I Daniel Dulany
       of Annapolis Att.ry in fact to W.m Hunt Merchant in London for & in
       Considn of forty four Pounds fourteen Shill.s & Eleven Pence Sterl & Nine
       hundred & thirty Two Pounds of Tobacco Secured to be paid to the s.d William
       Hunt by Charles Ridgly of Baltimore County Gent Have Assigned Sett
       over & Transferred and by these Presents do assign sett over & transferr
       unto the said Charles Ridgly a Judgment Recovered & obtained in the
       Prov.ll Court by the said William Hunt against James Powell of
       Baltimore County for the said Sums of Money & Tobacco Hereby fully
       authorizing and impowering the said Charles Ridgly either in his
       own Name or in the Name of the said William Hunt to the Use &
       benefit & at the Proper Costs & Charge of the said Charles Ridgly to take
