       Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day
       hereof for and during and until the full end and term of one whole Year
       from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended Yielding
       and Paying therefore one Ear of Indian Corn on the day next after
       the Expiration of the said term if the same shall be demanded to the Intent
       that by Virtue of these Presents and by force of the Statute for transferring
       Uses into Possession the same Stephen Bordley may be in the actual
       Possession of all and singular the abovementioned Tract ^or Parcell^ of Land
       with the Premises and Appurtenances thereunto belonging and thereby
       be enabled to Accept ^and take^ a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance
       thereof to him and his Heirs to the several Uses Intents and Purposes
       in the same Release to be expressed mentioned and limited In Witness
       Whereof the Partie aforesaid have to these Presents Interchangeably set his
       hand and Seal the day and Year first above Written

                   On the Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus Endorsed viz.t
      
                         Be it remembered that on the second day of May Anno Domini
       One thousand seven hundred and forty four William Hynson the Grantor
       within named personally appeared before the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of the Peace for Queen Anns County and acknowledged the within
       Written Deed of Bargain and Sale to be his Act and Deed to and for
       the Uses therein mentioned In Testimony Whereof We have hereunto
       set our hands and Seals the day and Year above Written
