528) Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this third Day of May In the Year of Our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred forty and four Between William Hynson of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the first part and Stephen Bordley of the same County Gentleman of the second part and Richard Porter Junior of Queen Annes County in the Province af.d Chryrurgeon of the third part Witnesseth that the same William Hynson for Docking barring and getting of all Estates Tail and Remainder ^in Tail^ of and in all that Tract or Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances called Churnells Neck hereafter mentioned and described and for selling and assuring the same to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes hereafter limited expressed and declared and for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings Current Money of Maryland aforesaid to him the said William in hand paid by the said Stephen the Receipt whereof whereby acknowledged and for diverse other good Causes and Considerations him the said William thereunto moving Hath ^Granted^ Bargained Sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the same Stephen Bordley in Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made for one whole Year Bearing Date the day before the day ^of the Date^ of these Presents all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Churnels Neck lying Scituate and being heretofore in Talbot County but now in Queen Anns County af.d on the South side of Chester River in a Branch called the Eastern Branch in a fork of the said Branch Beginning at a marked White Oak upon a Point and running for Breath North East fifty Perches to another White Oak upon a Point bounding on the East by a Line drawn East South East from the said Oak for length three hundred and twenty Perches and by a Line drawn North East from the end of the East South East Line one hundred and ten Perches and by a Line drawn East South East from the end of the North East Line one hundred Perches on the South by a Line drawn South West from the end of the East South East Line one hundred and sixty Perches until it intersect a Pararell drawn from the Eastern Branch by the Beaver Damn on the |
