526) Ex.d This Indenture made this second day of May in the Year of Our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred forty and four Between William Hynson of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and Stephen Bordley of the same County Gent of the other part Witnesseth that the same William Hynson for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Current Money of Maryland af.d to him the said William in hand paid by the said Stephen before the Delivery of these Presents the Receipt he the said William doth hereby acknowledge and for diverse others good Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving hath granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto the Same Stephen Bordley all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Churnells Neck lying Scituate and being heretofore in Talbot County but now in Queen Anns County in the Province aforesaid on the south side of Chester River in a Branch called the Eastern Branch in a fork of the said Branch Beginning at a marked White Oak upon a point and running for breadth North East fifty Perches to another White Oak upon a Point bounding on the East by a Line drawn East South East from the said Oak for length three hundred and twenty Perches and by a Line drawn North East from the end of the East South East Line one hundred and tenn Perches and by a Line drawn East South East from the end of the North East Line one hundred Perches on the South by a Line drawn South West from the end of the East South East Line one hundred and sixty Perches until it intersects a Pararell drawn from the Easter Branch by the Beaver Damn on the West by the Eastern Branch on the North by the first North East line containing and laid out for two hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all and singular the Houses Buildings Orchards Gardens Woods Ways Water Course Priviledges Immunities Rights Members and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining To have and to hold all and singular the af.d Tract or Parcell of Land Premises and Appurtenances and every part and Parcell thereof unto him the same Stephen Bordley his |
