(525 and forty six, without fraud, Covin or further Delay then the above instrument of Writing to be Void and of no Effect otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue in Law In Witness whereof the said William Worthington Jun.r hath hereunto sett his hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year above written Sealed and Delivered W Worthington Jun.r Seal In Psence of Dan.l Cheston Jn.o Brice On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t 18.th of August 1744 Then reced of the within named John Worthington the sum of four hundred pounds Ster money being the Consideration within mentioned P W Worthington Jun.r Witnesses Dan.l Cheston Jn.o Brice On the 18.th Day of August Anno Dom 1744 before me the Subscriber one of his Lordship's Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland Personally appeared the within named William Worthington Jun.r and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named John Worthington his heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided, Jn.o Brice 7 1/2 Recorded the 3.d Day of Sep.t 1744 |
