       Profits of all and singular the Premises abovementioned and every part and
       parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title and Interest Claim and demand
       whatsoever of me the said Elinor Gooch of in and to the said Land and
       Premises and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances To
       have and to hold the said several Tracts of Land Plantations
       and Premises abovementioned and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances
       unto the said George Plater his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper
       use and behoof of the said George Plater his Heirs and Assigns for ever had
       the said Elinor Gooch for her and her Heirs the said severall Tracts of Land
       Plantations and Premises and every part thereof against her and her Heirs
       and against all and every Person Claiming under her or them to the said
       George Plater his Heirs and Assigns shall and will warrant and for
       ever defend by these Presents In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
       set and put my hand and Seal the day and Year first above Written
          Sealed and Delivered

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t
             I hereby Impower Daniel Dulany Esquire as my Attorney to
       Acknowledge the within Indenture to be the Act and deed of me the within
       named Elinor Gooch and the Estate therein to be the Estate Right and Title
       of the within named George Plater his Heirs and Assigns In Witness
       Whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the day and Year within
