       Memorandum on the tenth Day of June Anno Dom
       1744 came John Ellis one of the Witnesses to the above written
       Letter of Attorney and made oath that he did see Thomas Harper
       Cecelia Harper Eleanor Horton and Sarah Coulton Sign Seal
       and deliver the said Letter of Attorney as their Act and Deed to
       the uses therein mentioned and that at the same he did see John
       West the other Witness Subscribe his name thereto and that he
       did then also Subscribe his name as above, before me one
       of the Justices of the Provincial Court
