       Agreement Decree Sentence Judgment Execution Extent of for or by any
       other Account ways reason or means soever nothing in Law or Equity
       Excepted or reserved And to that End with Every of any Person or Persons
       Concerned to Account & to View Settle and adjust all Accounts and the
       Ballance thereof to receive And upon recoverys and Reciepts to give one or
       more Acquittances or other Sufficient Discharges in due form of Law also
       for me the said Constituant and in my Name Place and Stead to do transact
       and Manage in Every respect all and whatsoever shall be requisite
       and Necessary to be done in about or any ways relating to all or any
       part of his Plantations or Estate in Maryland af.d But in Case of refusall
       or Delay by any Person or Persons whatsoever whom it shall or may
       Concern to make and render just & true Account Payment Delivery and
       Satisfaction in the Premisses him her or them thereunto to Compell by
       all lawfull Ways and Means whatsoever And (if need be) to appear
       before all or any Lords Judges or Justices in any Court or Courts thereto
       Answer defend & reply in all Matters & Causes touching or Concerning
       the Premisses to do say pursue implead Seize Sequester attach distrain
       arrest imprison & to Condemn & out of Prison again to deliver also to
       Compound Conclude & Agree by Arbitration or otherwise as his said
       Attorney shall think fit And Generally in and Concerning the Premisses
       to do perform and Execute all & whatsoever shall be requisite and Necessary
       do fully amply and Effectually to all intents Constitutions & Purposes as
       to the said Constituant might or could do if Personally Present with Power
       to Substitute one or More Attorneys under him with like or limitted
       power & the same again to revoke he the said Constituant hereby
       ratifying Confirming & holding for Good and Valid all & whatsoever my
       his said Attorney or his Substitutes shall lawfully do or Cause to be
       done in or about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents Thus done &
       passed in London af.d in the Presence of the underwritten Witnesses
